How to Do Kick the ball :

• Pull the leg that will be used for kicking backwards and then swing it forward.
• When making this kick, make sure that the ball is in the center of your inner foot and let your foot swing forward to follow the ball.
2. Kicking With Your Outer Foot.
• Start the movement by positioning the body next to the ball.
• Place the foot that will be used to kick the ball as a support parallel to or slightly towards the back of the ball.
• Pull the foot that will be used to kick back then swing quickly to the side so the ball can bounce quickly.
• When the kick is in progress, place your foot to the right or left of the ball and then let your foot swing in the direction of the ball.
