Explanation is a text which tells processes relating to forming of natural, social, scientific and cultural phenomena. Explanation text is to say ‘why’ and ‘how’ of the forming of the phenomena.

Jakarta - Teacher professional allowance in the Collaborative Education Unit (SPK) is stopped or deleted after the issuance of Ministry of Education and Culture Secretariat Regulation Number 6 Year 2020. The government should return the professional allowance because it is in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2006 concerning Teachers and Lecturers.

"If all the requirements have been fulfilled, and there is no legal reason that supports the elimination of the professional allowance for SPK teachers, in my opinion this policy is not beautiful.
